Returns Policy

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging and materials.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented in the listing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This designation is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase. Final sale items are priced accordingly.

Damaged or Misrepresented Items

If an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its description, contact us immediately. We will arrange a return at our expense and issue a full refund including shipping. Every item is insured during transit.

Inquiry Purchases

Items purchased through private arrangement (inquiry-only pieces) are subject to the same 14-day return policy unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of sale.
